Many of the contributors are associated with utilities and regulated entities, but make their contributions as individuals. I am unaware
of most of these associations, but am trying to learn more about them. Many of these reports are written in a format that does not
include individual contribution amounts; just a listing of names and a total. This makes it difficult to determine an exact percentage of
the contributions that come from regulated entities, but from those whose contributions are listed
